The room was clean. It had great amenities.

optimal location great selection unclean room missing notepad
the hotel's location was optimal. the city hall mrt station was a short distance away, a hub for subway transportation. the room had a great selection of drinks, tea, and coffee.
i found the room not very clean. the study table still had hair from the previous guest. the bathroom amenities were not replenished daily and the study desk did not have any notepad.

i stayed in a beautiful room twin bed the room had a nice desk and two bottles of water were complimentary the bathroom featured both a bathtub and a shower the temperature controls in the room worked efficiently

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
poor lighting cockroach sighting
The location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions. It was easy to get around.
The room setup was odd, with the mini bar and coffee maker on the balcony. Poor lighting made using them difficult. A cockroach in the hallway on the 3rd floor was rather off-putting. That should be addressed. Breakfast service was disorganized. Staff seemed overwhelmed.

a decent stay
varied selection optimal location dusty air vent previous guest
the breakfast offered a varied selection. i found the different warm dishes from the large kitchen quite appealing. the hotel's location was optimal (i could quickly reach city hall).
i found some aspects lacking for the price. the study table had hair from a previous guest. also, the air vent in the toilet looked dusty and in need of cleaning.
