i enjoyed the convenient location with many food options nearby. the staff were helpful and friendly . my family loved the breakfast and the spacious apartment accommodated all of us easily.
the noise level was noticeable. the windows didn't seal properly, so outside noise from nearby eateries disturbed our sleep.

the hotel includes a gym and a pool, providing options for exercise and relaxation. the pool is long enough for swimming laps and also offers a comfortable environment. i observed a sauna available near the pool area

breakfast offered good variety each morning. it included croissants, egg dishes, and rotating warm dishes. restaurants and bars are located on the ground floor. a supermarket nearby allowed us to prepare some meals in our apartment.

Superb stay!
perfect location lovely staff
The location is perfect. I found many restaurants close by and a supermarket across the street. The apartment seemed like a home very quickly. The staff were always lovely and accommodating. That's so nice.
The breakfast buffet options were very limited for vegetarians. I found that rather frustrating. More variety would be great. There was a strong smell in the lobby. This was not pleasant.

The hotel is in a residential area with bars and shops nearby. It is a short walk to the MRT. A river runs close by which allows for a nice walk along its bank.

The breakfast had local dishes. I found this really cool. The breakfast buffet was nice, however the selection was a bit repetitive after a while. There are many restaurants and shops right at the doorstep.

The staff were wonderful from reception to housekeeping. I found them all warm and friendly. The rooms are serviced to a high standard every day. Staff at the desk were really helpful. They offered suggestions for what to see.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and airy! The king-size bedroom was large with plenty of storage. It was great to have a kitchen and laundry in the apartment. The bathrooms were of good size.

dated room unclean shower
The location was convenient.
The room felt quite dated. The shower was not as clean as I expected, and the carpets was a little old. I think that it may not be up to a true five-star standard.
