Compact Loft Experience
maintained pool functional layout modern decor
The pool was maintained well. It provided a refreshing place for relaxation. The pool was clean. My room was a compact loft. The layout felt functional. High ceilings created a bright atmosphere. Decor provided a modern touch.
The stairs felt scary especially at night. Light switches added confusion. Carrying luggage upstairs proved inconvenient. A concierge service would help a lot.

helpful staff giant bear fresh smell clean room
Adin and Cel ensured my stay felt fun and comfortable. The hotel provided a giant bear in the lobby. The lobby smelled wonderful. The room included a nice view and felt clean.

the staff was friendly and efficient. i received quick assistance with my requests. the gym had modern equipment, including treadmills and weights. i found the location very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.

Rashid and Shirley provided professional assistance. The team, including Fedelia, helped locate my shoes after checkout. Their collective effort was excellent! Rashid efficiently arranged security assistance, appreciated. The express check-in and check-out service was efficient and easy to use.
I noticed some moisture in the room, a detail that could use improvement. Perhaps the air conditioning needs adjustment. Otherwise, my stay was really fine.

The front desk staff was helpful.
The room smelled of old things. It was quite bothersome. the TV was right up against the bed! This made it difficult to use.

helpful service warm welcome
i received very helpful service from irfan at the front office during check-in. he was cute and knowledgeable and helped with my bags. isma also gave me hotel information over the phone.
the hotel sent many automated emails requesting i visit a non-existent link and this was quite tedious.
