Reasonable stay AT the hotel
attentive staff convenient location spacious room small gym musty smell leaky shower
I appreciated the staff. They were attentive and friendly. The location was convenient to bus routes and MRT stations. My room WAS spacious and it had a comfortable bed.
The gym was small. It lacked several expected pieces of equipment. My room had a slightly musty smell. This was noticeable upon entry. the shower leaked, so I had to use extra towels to mop up the water.

the location was great with easy access to public transport i found the staff very helpful . the room was spacious and well kept it had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

central location service and convenience
convenient location attentive staff excellent service
i found the location quite convenient. the metro station was a short walk away. several key attractions were accessible by foot. staff like ling ling provided excellent service. they were particularly helpful and attentive to requests i had .
The decor in the room seemed somewhat outdated. housekeeping seemed inconsistent. Coffee and tea weren't replenished daily unless i asked. i think a small update would enhance the overall experience.

the room included a tv with multiple channels and a small refrigerator. the bathroom had a shower with good water pressure and provided basic toiletries. i noticed that fresh towels were supplied each day.
