Excellent Stay Close to Little India
convenient location complimentary snacks useful dryer helpful staff
I appreciated the convenient location near Little India. It made exploring the area very easy. The hotel provided complimentary snacks, tea, and drinking water, a very welcome touch. I found the complimentary use of the washing machine and dryer particularly useful after a long journey. Staff customer service was excellent. Sha and Dicson were helpful.
The TV in the room was not working initially.

The staff was very kind and provided excellent support to. They helped with directions to the metro and provided great assistance, ensuring I had all necessary information.

I noticed a restaurant on site although I did not eat there myself. Plenty of local cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. This provides a variety of dining options, so you have many choices.

well maintained room useful kitchenette free laundry inflexible staff poor layout small space
The room was very well maintained and cleaned by housekeeping, it felt so serene. the water filter and little kitchenette was so useful as we didn't have to buy water or boil it. the free laundry room was also fantastic. The washers and dryers were the best ones i've used, so practical.
The staff seemed inflexible with requests, a shame. the room layout felt off and suited only one guest. there wasn't space for suitcases, and the cupboards seemed to make little sense. It was frustrating.

efficient dryer friendly staff free laundry
the room was cleaned daily, a great touch. i found the free laundry room useful (i did three loads!). the washers and dryers were efficient and large. reception and housekeeping were very friendly. they always had a smile.
the room was a little small.
