average stay, some disappointments
rusty shower inadequate housekeeping
I was frustrated with a few things. the shower in the bathroom was rusty, which i found unhygienic. housekeeping only came every four days. I had to ask for towels and toilet paper often. the air conditioning worked well enough in the bedroom, though it barely functioned in the living room. this was quite annoying!

serene escape
spacious apartment refreshing dip
The apartment felt spacious. I could easily manage all our belongings and laundry was simple. the pool offered a refreshing dip, and its sheltered design was very welcome. the staff was supportive until our departure. I am grateful for their kindness.
Essential details were missing. A tea towel was absent from the kitchen, also there were no tea bags or milk. additionally, there were no hand towels provided, and face washers were not available which was inconvenient.

The location proved excellent for family visits. Orchard road and somerset were within easy walking distance. bus routes were easily accessible from the front and there are multiple mrt stations located about 10 minutes away. this made exploring the area quite convenient.

while i didn't dine at the hotel itself, the proximity to killeney road made finding signature dishes simple. several dining options were within walking distance, with choices. there were also latte options available.

The staff was helpful and accommodating to all our needs. The reception was available 24 hours a day. they facilitated an easy check-in and check-out. I really valued their super organized approach. they also provided personal welcome gifts.

The studio apartment was spacious and clean. The shower was especially great. the washing machine proved invaluable, and the room was equipped with all necessary facilities. it was a pleasant stay and the room was regularly cleaned.

The pool was very nice and clean. It added to the relaxed atmosphere of the stay. though i didn't use it extensively, the gym offered the essentials. the roof garden was a nice touch. Even though there was no shelter from the sun. i still enjoyed it

staff was helpful at front desk. i liked having a washer and dryer in the unit. air conditioning felt good. i would stay here again. the pool is nice and refreshing too.
