central location easy access helpful staff
the hotel location was very central. public transport was easy to access. the staff was very hospitable and helpful, especially the concierge.

convenient location helpful vending machines water massage
i found the location very convenient. the vending machines inside the hotel were a plus. i used the pool, and the water massage feature worked well.
The air conditioning was hard to adjust. I couldn't seem to get the temperature i wanted.

i booked an executive room and the included extras. ivy, at the lounge, provided great service. she was cute and helpful. the hotel's location is near clarke quay and chinatown (very convenient).
the walls on the floor where my room was, had scuff marks.

diverse buffet laundry service friendly team
The breakfast buffet was quite diverse. I found a waffle machine and enjoyed making fresh waffles. The hotel provided daily laundry service and it was great. Clothes were returned neatly to my closet by the afternoon. The Executive Lounge team was very friendly.
I noticed that front desk staff rarely greeted guests. They went straight to business.

nice size laundry service
i stayed in the superior double or twin room it was a nice size i found an iron there which was great. the laundry service was useful i also liked having access to tea and coffee.

great location water filling station generous space diverse selection
i loved the location it was easy to walk to chinatown i also appreciated the water filling station on each floor this eliminated the need for plastic bottles the bedroom offered generous space the breakfast was an unexpected delight with a diverse selection from various cultures
the front desk staff rarely greeted guests it was a small detail but noticeable
