underwhelming and overpriced
plumbing issues inadequate compensation
the stay got off to a rough start. i had to move rooms late at night after discovering plumbing issues. my family, including a sleeping toddler, had to repack and move ourselves, it was a HUGE inconvenience. the evening desk manager only waived the resort fee, it was not enough compensation.

the room i had faced another building, so there was no natural light. i found this quite depressing, especially since i was there for three nights. the shades kept banging against the window, preventing me from having a peaceful sleep. the noise disrupted my rest!

the front desk staff gave great tips for local sightseeing. the bellmen were very helpful and friendly. they offered information about area attractions. the room was also very clean and well maintained.
i was woken each morning by hammering. there was no need to set an alarm.

the location was really convenient. i walked to many places easily. the staff were friendly and helpful. the rooms felt cozy and quiet. i enjoyed my time here. i even loved the expresso machine in my room. it was such a nice touch. the hotel had a great vibe i thought. i'd happily return.
the blackout wasn't totally effective in my room.

The hotel staff was very accommodating. every person i spoke to was helpful and smiled. the rooms are big, that's great. the windows have a double screen. There is one for light and one for dark filtering.
not enough outlets was in my room. the do it yourself coffee shop seemed terrible for older people. i only could order normal breakfast in the bar area on weekends. the room was small to.
