The coffee shop in the lobby served excellent coffee and pastries. That was such a lovely start to each day. the staff were friendly and always helpful. Their smiles brightened my mornings. the restaurant and bar were an excellent place to relax. I loved our evenings there. the location was convenient and safe with many amenities nearby. It felt perfect.
The room faced a wall, offering a very limited view. It felt a bit closed in, yet it was still very super clean and cozy, though!!!

the room provided complimentary snacks. the king room was spacious and well-equipped, designed with attention to detail. the air conditioner worked effectively, maintaining a comfortable temperature, and the bed was really comfortable.

the hotel is in the heart of downtown, close to theaters, shopping, and restaurants, providing easy access to everything. it is within walking distance to public transport. we could walk everywhere and felt safe, enjoying the city fully!!!

The staff were super friendly! my king studio sofa bed was very clean and it had a bottle of wine and chocolate waiting for me. the location was awesome. Lots of places were within walking distance.
The room was noisy. There is basically a bus staging area outside. it had very poor sound insulation. also, the curtain didn't close all the way. Bright street lights came in all night. it was a very noisy road!

my king room was super clean. housekeeping did a fantastic job, and it was so quiet! they even left nightly treats and in-room snacks, a fun surprise. there were a couple small issues, but the staff handled them quickly and professionally.
The lobby and bar looked pretty simple. The photos showed the nicer restaurant, not the lobby area.

the staff was friendly and accommodating. i appreciated the smooth room change from a king to two queens. we also received a complimentary bottle of champagne, delivered directly to our room.
i found out about a usd 200 deposit and a usd 46 urban fee upon arrival. i was not informed of these charges beforehand, unexpected (it caught me by surprise!).
