early closing plastic cups
the bar closed quite early at 11 pm (i wanted a nightcap). they gave out drinks in plastic cups. i expected better service for what i paid. it seemed like i was at a college dive rather than a hotel bar, and the lack of proper glassware was disappointing.

The room was tiny, really. i knew it was small from the description, but it felt smaller. also, the bar was out of several drinks listed on the menu, a bit of a letdown. Breakfast wasn't available either because the delivery hadn't arrived. That's what i was told. a disappointing experience. the hotel has a small bar, unavailable drinks

a real gem downtown!
easy check-in complimentary wine art deco
i had such a great experience! checking in and out was so quick and easy, i loved how simple it was. the coupons they gave me for complimentary wine were a fantastic perk. my room was totally awesome, i adored the art deco touches throughout.
the hotel room felt a bit small, there really wasn't much storage. it would have been more convenient to have a few extra shelves to place my things!

convenient location meal vouchers upbeat vibe friendly staff
the location proved convenient for exploring. the provided meal and drink vouchers were a definite plus. i found the artsy decor and upbeat vibes very enjoyable. friendly staff gave very good local suggestions.
the shower door didn't quite close properly, a slight inconvenience.

fantastic stay!
efficient check-in respectful staff attentive bartenders ideal location
check-in was efficient because respectful staff helped me. the bartenders were attentive and friendly . the location is really close to the wilbur theatre. i had a very delicious dinner, which i totally recommend.
the room lacked shelves for organizing items.

the staff surprised us with a sweet note in my room and a bottle of champagne for my anniversary. the staff helped me view a room to make sure i would be able to use it properly beforehand. the staff was helpful!!!
