the location is convenient , close to the subway station. i found a guest kitchen with a coffee and tea machine. the staff seemed helpful , wanting to resolve any issues that arose.
One was out of service. the hotel lacked a restaurant and bar . the room's lights could be brighter , i think.

Check-in was efficient. The staff provided helpful information. My room was clean. The hotel's location made it easy to explore nearby attractions without spending too much. It was my first stay, and I would consider returning.
I found that my shower pipe was not properly connected. It caused the water to spray everywhere. I needed to use the overhead shower telephone instead. I was concerned about potential charges, but thankfully, they did not occur.

The location is excellent, very close to the library. The room had a fancy refrigerator, I appreciated that. The beds felt very nice. Bathrooms have decent size (which can be rare in a city hotel).

The rooms are clean and well kept (I did notice they could be a little brighter). The bathroom also includes a smaller mirror for makeup, a thoughtful touch. It offers a comfortable space after a day of exploration.

Coffee is available 24 hours. There are also many dining options nearby (I tried Luke's Lobster). While the hotel doesn't serve breakfast, several cafes are in the immediate area.

The gym allowed my children to continue their daily exercise routines. The hotel maintains its historical elements, and upgrades complement the architecture. These facilities enhanced the overall experience.
