helpful staff convenient location spacious room
I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for walking to Newbury Street and many restaurants. The room was spacious and clean .

dim lighting missing mini bar
The hotel felt a little underwhelming. I found the lighting particularly dim throughout my stay, difficult to see properly in the evenings. I also noticed the absence of a mini bar in the room. I REALLY missed having a cold drink available without having to go downstairs.

friendly staff great breakfast central location not excellent room no coffee fierce ac
The hotel staff were very friendly. Breakfast at City Table was great. I enjoyed it. The location of the hotel is very central and easy for getting around the area.
The room I had was not excellent. There was no tea or coffee in the room. The air conditioning unit was fierce. I was not able to adjust it.

underwhelming stay, needs updating
worn furnishings missing mini-bar
the location was acceptable. it was convenient for getting around.
The hotel felt tired and gloomy to me. It did not appear as high-end as i anticipated for the price. the room furnishings seemed a bit worn. i found the lack of a mini-bar and in-room coffee or tea disappointing.
