The staff provided excellent information about local attractions. The elevator worked quickly . The front desk offered more than just a welcome. They gave superb service.

prime location clean room friendly staff
The location was AMAZING!!! It allowed easy walking access to food, bars, and historical sites. The room was clean and well-appointed upon arrival. The staff was over the top friendly and also helpful.
The room lacked a coffee maker.

superb location and super clean room
super clean room convenient location
the room was super clean and spacious, i thought the bathroom was gorgeous. the convenient location was wonderful. it was steps away from quincy market and a short walk to little italy. parking was available nearby, i had a wonderful stay!
the beds were very uncomfortable, i was like i was sleeping on plywood with very little cushion. every morning i woke up with back pain and soreness all over, not very pleasant. the room was also very tiny for the price.

the hotel offers luggage storage, a helpful service needing to store bags before check-in or after check-out. a business center is available in the lobby, providing guests with computers and printing services, that is convenient. elevators are also available.

A cafe downstairs offers drinks. That was really enjoyable. there is an italian restaurant next door, with a discount for hotel guests. this provides guests with an additional dining option close to the hotel.

Rooms feature exposed brick walls and windows. rooms include a refrigerator. i noticed a gigantic mirror in the room. It almost seemed scary because it was so huge.

the hotel is in walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. the aquarium t station is right outside, providing convenient access to public transportation. the location is very convenient to faneuil hall and the waterfront.

spacious layout comfortable bed exposed brick walls
The king room city view had a spacious layout. the bed was exceedingly comfortable. i found the exposed brick walls particularly charming. They ensured really good quiet. the water dispenser in the lobby proved useful, as did the curated list of local restaurants provided.

the staff demonstrated consistent helpfulness. they addressed requests promptly. the concierge offered insightful recommendations. luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out allowed for maximizing my time without inconvenience. housekeeping responded quickly when i required fresh linens.

Charming Stay Downtown
easy access brick hallways
I was really surprised by the easy access to the transit station. The location made it super easy to get around. I really loved the quirky brick hallways. The spaces felt so open.
The room design is quite old. It, especially the bathroom. It could use some updates.

helpful staff lobby sitting space easy location natural light awful decoration voucher problem
the staff were very helpful. the lobby has good sitting space for those who need to wait. the location is good and it is easy to come and go.
the room had no natural light, decorations were awful. the discount voucher they gave me did not work. the tap water had a bad taste.

Excellent Location and Comfortable Stay
ample space restful sleep
my room, a king room city view, provided ample space. the bed allowed for restful sleep and i appreciated the thermostat. the bathroom was an adequate size with good fixtures.
i found the tap water to be cloudy so i would have liked bottled water. this could be a small but impactful improvement . additional bottled water could enhance the stay.

i observed a restaurant located within the hotel with an appealing decor. the bar was well-stocked and created a nice ambiance. many shops and food options are only a short walk from the hotel.
