excellent premises
i appreciated the view of the stadium and tower from my high floor room. staff members in the lounge were accommodating and friendly. the reception staff, mark, ensured my holiday was enjoyable. i also found the location great with lots of great places to visit close by.
i noticed the bar and coffee shop area seemed understaffed. sometimes the long queues formed during the day were an issue. they should make sure to have more people available during busy times to help with that issue.

the breakfast offered delicious options. the hotel provides a coffee shop with several choices. the lounge access allowed for a relaxing environment. the staff there offered great service throughout the day.

the staff at the reception area were efficient and helpful. the doorman gave useful recommendations regarding restaurants. the speedy check-in enhanced the start of my time at this hotel and i am very thankful for that.

excellent location, great breakfast options
great view gluten free bread
i stayed three nights two nights were part of my emerald cruise tour i was very impressed the location was fantastic i had a great view from my room that overlooked the nathan phillips square breakfast was included as part of my tour gluten free bread was available they even had gluten free muffins a restaurant and bar downstairs existed there and also a cafe to get decent coffee. we were provided with a gluten free pasta meal and a beautiful dessert the hotel provided an escalator that took you to the underground shops.

the room was nice sized the beds were comfortable with lots of pillows a strong hair dryer was available the bathroom was nice sized however there was no counter space for toiletries basic shower amenities were provided in my room .

breakfast included a variety of food options to choose from club lounge access turned out to be a great decision the club lounge had fine views excellent evening and breakfast meals were available the evening snacks were ok but not great during our meals.

glass elevator convenient location brittled curtain low quality bathrobe
the elevators were lovely. my son really likes elevators, and i love the glass elevator on the concourse. the location is convenient and near to the eaton mall and st michael's cathedral. it is walkable to union square.
the room i stayed in was dated. the sheer curtain was brittled, and it did not meet together, it has a hole. the bathrobe was low quality and not fluffy.
