helpful staff good location slow elevators expensive parking
I found the staff friendly and helpful. They assisted with directions. the location was also good, it was close to many attractions. the breakfast had a variety of options. i was charmed by the cleanliness in my room upon arrival!
The elevators were quite slow. I sometimes waited a while. the room lacked a coffee maker. I had to go downstairs for coffee! the parking fee was expensive. the hotel seemed too crowded during peak hours.

decent stay , some issues
central location convenient location well kept lobby playroom game area poor insulation outside noise chromecast issue
the location is central and convenient , close to many attractions. the lobby was well kept. i found the staff to be polite and professional. the hotel includes a pool with slides and a kids playroom and game area.
the window was poorly insulated , causing a strong draft. the chromecast did not work , and the soundproofing was below my expectations. i was unable to sleep well.

fantastic stay!
family pool kid zone craft opportunities
the hotel provided many options for the whole family. the kid's zone has toys, games, books, and opportunities for crafting. i found the family pool to be a wonderful addition. the buffet market supplied us with great food throughout our stay.
The bathroom sink drained slowly. This was quite a nuisance. also, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working. The humidity remained high. there was also visible debris around the bed area. That was unappealing. overall, the suite's cleanliness was subpar.

Elm street bar offers excellent food. I dined there every night. the dinner service was wonderful. All the staff provided amazing attention. they have many choices. Everyone can find something they like.

The hotel included two pools with a hot tub and four saunas. I enjoyed all of them. there is also a gym with many machines for working out. luggage storage was useful. It allowed me to visit the area freely.

The staff was always courteous. They were ready to help me. i needed directions a couple of times. They explained everything to me. everyone was nice. The service was great
