a romantic getaway!
attentive staff tidy room beautiful common areas considerate touch
Emilie in housekeeping provided excellent service. I always returned to a tidy room. the staff were attentive, kind, and cute. the hotel common areas were beautiful and well kept. extra bathrobes for the children were a lovely touch. I thought that was very considerate.

The hotel is across from the station. Access is quite easy! the location allowed convenient walks to dining places. a hop-on and hop-off stop was very nearby.

Underwhelming Stay, Despite Good Location
The hotel is conveniently located across from Union Station, quite handy.
I was quite annoyed that I had to wait a full 30 minutes just to get some creamers for my room. Really?

the hotel is across the street from the train station and underground walking is accessible. our room was on the 7th floor. our view of the cn tower was very nice. beds and pillows were comfy and shower pressure was wonderful.
the room was too small for my family of four and it was stuffy. there were issues with the bathtub draining. the hot tub and steam rooms werent working and these were some of the reasons i chose this hotel.

historic hotel early check-in comfortable bed meticulous service
The hotel is located conveniently near the station. i found the staff very helpful. They facilitated an early check-in, a lovely surprise. the bed was comfortable. i was charmed by the meticulous service and attention to detail throughout my visit. The hotel's staff made sure every need was met promptly and efficiently.
I noticed some slight wear and tear. The wallpaper was peeling a bit in one corner of the room.

excellent stay
excellent staff delicious food
accommodations were lovely and the beds were the best i have ever experienced the food was also delicious. i felt welcomed and two staff members remembered me from previous stays it was nice to chat with them each time.
the walls in my room seemed thin i could hear basic conversation from the next room and the hallways. i was cautious about turning on the tv late so i would not disturb my neighbors. it is something to be aware of as a guest with early meetings.

staff were very friendly and were very good too. reception personnel were warm and courteous and provided a speedy check-in service the bartenders were also very friendly and helpful.

the room was clean and well appointed it had a sitting area. breakfast in the room was fantastic and served in the best hotel manner. a table with a white cloth covered dishes and flowers added to the experience.

Good Hotel but Some Issues
swimming pool great swimming pool sauna hot tubs sound audible sound adjacent room thin walls
The hotel has a great swimming pool. I also liked the sauna. There are also hot tubs, and I appreciate it. The location is very convenient.
I am not happy with the noise level. I could hear everything from the adjacent room. This is not acceptable, I think. I believe the walls are very thin.

emilie from housekeeping did SUCH a good job. she ALWAYS kept my room organized and tidy. this.
the breakfast wasn't great BECAUSE it wasn't a buffet. FOR a limited breakfast choice, the prices were way too high.
