great location rooftop pool tourist activities
the location was the best! it was right on the corner, near restaurants and activities! it's across from the boat ride and ziplining too. the rooftop pool area had corn hole and fire pits!

the hotel is very close to the attractions. this makes it quite convenient. the hotel staff members were friendly and helpful. i found the express checkout was efficient.
the elevators experienced delays. i waited extended periods to access different floors. this inconvenience affected my schedule.

the rooftop pool offered an amazing experience. the hotel concierge helped secure a rented electric wheelchair for me.. this made getting around very easy. the on-site restaurants provided great food and quick service.
i found that the breakfast area did not seem well-kept.

clean rooms friendly staff good location slow elevators window absence parking cost
the rooms were clean, this was a plus. the staff was friendly enough . the location was also quite good, really close to popular attractions.
the elevators were slow and crowded at times. i booked a room without a window, it felt a bit claustrophobic. parking cost extra, i found it expensive at $45 per day.

underwhelming stay near the falls
poor view slow service
the room i got wasn't what i expected. it was supposed to have a view but it barely had one because of some trees blocking it. also the service was slow when i needed help with something it took them over an hour to respond. overall it reminded me of the hotel was cutting corners in areas that matter.
