rooftop poolelectric wheelchair
the rooftop pool offered an amazing experience. the hotel concierge helped secure a rented electric wheelchair for me.. this made getting around very easy. the on-site restaurants provided great food and quick service.
i found that the breakfast area did not seem well-kept.

the rooms were clean, this was a plus. the staff was friendly enough . the location was also quite good, really close to popular attractions.
i booked a room without a window, it felt a bit claustrophobic. parking cost extra, i found it expensive at $45 per day.

underwhelming stay near the falls
poor viewslow service
the room i got wasn't what i expected. it was supposed to have a view but it barely had one because of some trees blocking it. also the service was slow when i needed help with something it took them over an hour to respond. overall it was like the hotel was cutting corners in areas that matter.
