mixed feelings about this place
dirty windows expensive parking
the windows in my queen room two queen beds falls view were quite dirty, which really detracted from the falls view (i mean, that's the main selling point!). also, the parking situation is a bit of a hassle. it is first come, first served, and costs $39 plus taxes per night to park outside. not exactly convenient or cheap.

updated decor helpful staff convenient location amazing view
The room decor was updated. I found the staff very helpful. The location was convenient. The Wego bus stop is right in front. My room on the 25th floor had an AMAZING view of the falls. It was ideal to watch the fireworks at night. I REALLY enjoyed my stay.
The elevators sometimes had long waits, causing some delays.

jacuzzi tub comfortable seating area falls view
the room was a king room falls view and included a jacuzzi tub with an open wall design, facing the bedroom. this. the room also featured a comfortable seating area created by extending into what used to be a balcony. i found it a nice spot to sit and enjoy the view. the bed was comfortable too.
the valet parking seemed a little slow.

adequate stay WITH SOME ISSUES
torn cushions non-working ice
The room needed some serious attention. The couch looked mismatched with torn cushions, and the floors showed stains. They needed A GOOD CLEANING. The fridge froze everything inside, even on the lowest setting. I also found it odd that there were no complimentary water bottles, and the ice machines on every floor were out of service.

great stay on the falls
nice staff quiet location amazing view large lobby
chris was nice and intelligent. i spoke with him briefly. the hotel location is end of the street so it was quiet. the view from the 26th floor was amazing. the lobby was large and inviting.
the air vent at the bathroom was very dirty and had some mold on it.

The view from my room (king room falls view!) was fine. I was on a high floor, so the panorama of the falls was very nice. The location is super convenient, with easy access to many attractions nearby. The staff were really helpful, especially with directions.
The daily parking fee seemed a bit steep, especially since it's first come first serve.

fantastic stay with really good service
comfortable beds delicious food friendly staff complimentary waters
the beds were indeed fantastic. the food at the restaurant was very good (especially the steak!). the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful . complimentary waters in the room were a nice touch, and we appreciated the thoughtful gesture.
the pool area was a bit crowded with kids, so it was sometimes hard to relax.
