Really good Stay
saltwater pool perfect view downtown heart
The saltwater pool provided relaxation. I enjoyed the hotel restaurants. Landwer's bakery located next door was a fantastic dining option. Our room had a perfect view of the CN Tower, especially beautiful at night. The location was fine because it was in the heart of downtown.
The elevator wait times were a little long though it gave me extra time to admire the decor.

The gym offered a variety of equipment. I found three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and several weight machines. The pool area included twenty loungers and a section that was shaded.

The front desk provided complimentary water bottles. Staff members accommodated an early check-in. The hotel also featured a convenient coffee and tea station in the room, so I always had refreshments.

I loved the on-site steak restaurant that had amazing dishes. The bar was lovely! The bar staff prepared beautiful drinks, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere with live music.

i found the staff friendly. they gave helpful suggestions. the location was convenient , with many attractions within walking distance. my room had a spacious feel and was well-kept .
i experienced some issues with the elevators. there were delays because they were out of service , affecting my ability to use the pool and gym. my room was small compared to other hotels i visited. the bathroom seemed dated , needing an update.

spacious room well-equipped room great comfort late check-out
Check-in was fast. I received a spacious, well-equipped room. the bed offered great comfort (i slept like a baby). the bathroom was also spacious, i felt spoiled. i also appreciated the late check-out time.
the in-room glasses were not cleaned very well .

the staff was helpful and accommodating with requests. i received clear information and prompt service. the front desk handled my check-in efficiently, i was pleased.

the room had a television with many channels and a comfortable king-size bed. there was ample closet space (a pleasant surprise). the bathroom featured a rainfall shower, it felt luxurious.

the location is close to many restaurants and local attractions. i could easily walk to the rogers centre (it took just a few minutes). getting around the area was easy for me.
