The hotel is conveniently located, with access to nearby attractions. i found the room to be clean and well maintained (a relief, honestly). the service was efficient. Staff members were always ready to help with any requests i had.

location was good for getting to the falls.
the hallway felt very small and cramped. a guest managed to enter our room with their key, they claimed they were trying to get to their own room down the hall to use the bathroom, it was very disturbing and we had to get our keys reset. there was a 20 minute time limit for breakfast as well.

I found the staff friendly and efficient. The hotel location is close to many restaurants and attractions. It is a short walk. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast had an excellent selection. I could find something I liked.
I found an odour on my floor and in the room. I aired it out.

The location proved convenient as it was near everything. I appreciated the free parking provided at the hotel. The staff consistently offered helpful service . I found the updated cleanliness to be a big plus.

My room included a balcony. It overlooked the busy road. I enjoyed the clean pools. There are two clean pools available for guest use. Breakfast had tasty options. I dined on omelets, sausages, waffles, and coffee. The parking was convenient. It provided on-site parking.
The wired smell came from the pillow and blanket.
