bathroom hairs empty minibar
The room lacked attention to detail. I found several hairs in the bathroom upon arrival. The minibar remained empty throughout my stay. I expected it to be restocked daily (or at least contain a welcome beverage).

tiny pool towels uncomfortable hot tub
The location was great, with convenient amenities available.
The pool towels were surprisingly tiny. I expected something larger at a hotel of this caliber. the hot tub temperature wasn't very comfortable, disappointing after a long day.

helpful staff polite staff useful fridge harbor location
I found the staff to be helpful and polite. The bar staff was always up for a chat. my room included a fridge and a kettle, very useful. the location is a short walk from union station and the harbor.

The hotel includes a clean pool, and i appreciated that the jacuzzi was also clean. The gym features several exercise machines. the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection. I found it convenient.

The room included two queen sized beds and comfortable pillows. The beds were clean. the room was quiet, and i could relax. the spacious bathroom featured a shower and toiletries.

The hotel is within walking distance of the railway station, restaurants, and st lawrence markets. many attractions are close. i appreciated the proximity. It was great.

the check-in process was efficient! the staff helped me without any trouble, but the wi-fi was slow. luggage holding was provided, and i found that the staff was very nice!

great location helpful staff generous bathroom faulty thermostat noisy machine grinding noises
the location is great for the station and the market. the staff are helpful, i appreciate that. my room had a desk, it was useful. the bathroom was generous.
the shower thermostat was faulty in my first room. i reported this, but the maintenance man said there was nothing wrong. there was a noisy ice-making machine right on the other side of the wall to my bed. it made grinding noises during the night.
