the location is excellent as it is close to the waterfront. the room was spacious and had a nice view of the lake!
the lobby felt underwhelming and lacked restrooms while waiting for check in.

Wonderful Stay by the Waterfront
excellent service helpful direction fitness equipment
The staff offered excellent service. The front desk provided quick assistance. They were kind and helpful with directions and amenities. The location next to the waterfront was perfect for evening strolls and sightseeing. The fitness room provided needed equipment for my workout routine. I found it convenient and well-kept.
The music from a nearby club was loud at night, and I had difficulty falling asleep. This noise affected my rest, though the room was comfortable in every other way. I think that the hotel should address this situation.

The staff members were highly attentive to all requests! from extra towels to directions. The front desk was efficient, and the wait staff was always smiling. I definitely felt well-cared for .

The location was perfect. It offered easy access to main attractions. my room on a high floor provided a beautiful view. the staff were helpful and responsive to requests! the room was clean.
The hotel's coffee shop had limited hours. It closed early each day.

not the best value for the price
dim lighting uncomfortable chair
the location was acceptable and provided easy access to nearby attractions.
I found a couple of issues . the room lighting was dim, and i found it challenging to work there, especially since the chair wasn't comfortable. additionally, the tv didn't allow casting from mobile devices. This restriction was disappointing, given the daily rate.

good equipment breakfast service kind staff
The location is superb. It is close to the water. The fitness room had good equipment, including several treadmills. The breakfast service offered kind staff and many options.
The minibar was not particularly cold.
