clean room ideal location friendly staff poor parking long walk slow elevators
The room was clean. The location proved ideal. It offered easy access to nearby attractions.. The staff members were consistently friendly and helpful. They provided clear directions and recommendations.
The off-site parking lot was not well maintained. I encountered some difficulty finding available spaces. The walk to the hotel felt longer than expected at times. The elevator wait times were occasionally excessive during peak hours. I sometimes waited several minutes.

i got a really good price and the location is super convenient! everything is close. the staff was great and very helpful. when i asked for a high-up room, i got one, probably the best room!
I found the pool area a bit dirty. They closed the pool early.

the staff was friendly. they allowed late checkout for me! sandy was accommodating and made sure we felt welcomed and well taken care of, that was very appreciated.

helpful staff clean rooms
the front desk staff was helpful. the rooms were clean. i appreciated being within walking distance to attractions.
The hotel parking price wasn't clear. the q&as stated $15 for onsite parking. this was not the case. The $15 parking was a walk away, and didn't look particularly safe.
