I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was fantastic for exploring Pittsburgh, especially with it being easy to walk to a lot of attractions. While I appreciated the cleanliness and the staff's adherence to health protocols during my stay, the room itself felt dated and in need of some updates. The service was excellent, though the elevators were slow at times, which was a bit frustrating during peak hours.
