HYATT REGENCY CLEVELAND AT THE ARCADE HOTEL, Cleveland

I recently held a small conference at the Hyatt Regency Cleveland at the Arcade, and it was a fabulous experience. The meeting rooms were quiet, clean, and well-lit, which allowed our training to proceed without distractions. The AV support was really good, and our event planner, Jenica, was incredibly attentive, ensuring all our needs were fulfilled. I can confidently say this was one of the nicest venues I've ever used for conferences!

During my recent stay, I was impressed with the dining options available at the hotel. Our group decided against using banquet services, but we enjoyed exploring the Arcade with its various restaurants. Each offering was good and catered well to different tastes, making meals a highlight of our trip. The convenience of having quality dining in proximity to our conference setting was fantastic!

My room at the Hyatt Regency was a good mix of comfort and contemporary style. I found it to be very clean and quiet, with a comfortable bed that made for a restful night's sleep. The modernization of the historic building was executed beautifully, allowing me to enjoy a luxurious experience while still appreciating the hotel's rich past.

The meeting rooms at this hotel were simply excellent. Even with multiple events happening around us, the soundproofing was superb—allowing our conference to run smoothly without interruptions. The rooms were well-equipped, clean, and maintained, providing a solid environment for productive discussions. Highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for meeting spaces!
