fantastic stay
efficient staff spacious room quiet atmosphere
The staff were friendly and efficient at check-in. I appreciated this a lot. my room had everything i needed, it was spacious and clean. it was also quiet, just what i wanted after a long day. I slept soundly. i'm so grateful for the peaceful atmosphere.
one minor issue was that the gfi plug in my room didn't work for the coffee maker. this was a bit inconvenient, but not a huge problem.

The hotel offers valet parking ensuring car safety. This is a valuable option. vending machines are conveniently located on the 12th floor, providing easy access to snacks and drinks. i found these facilities very useful.

I received a meal voucher for the restaurant in the hotel as an expedia vip member. It was a pleasant surprise. the voucher added value to my stay and allowed me to enjoy the hotel's dining options. the food was AMAZING!!!

my suite was beautiful and clean, which i greatly appreciated. the bathroom had a separate bath and shower, and the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were from byredo. body lotion by the same company was also available.

The staff were very friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. This was useful. they provided parking directions in a concise manner. i could easily text to ask questions or request items for my room.

a nice stay
city view helpful staff
our suite upgrade included a beautiful city view. the staff members were lovely and always helpful with our requests. room service offered a very good menu when we arrived late in the evening.
i found it a bit difficult to access the building. we had to walk three blocks to get back to the hotel after finding parking.

Breakfast options were available in a small cafeteria. The staff was very attentive. the staff showed eagerness to assist guests with tour arrangements and bookings. i found this approach very cute.

Excellent Stay Downtown
functional kitchenette espresso martinis
The room featured a kitchenette. It included a washer and dryer combo and also a dishwasher. A two-burner stove, microwave, and fridge completed this area. I appreciated all the kitchenware provided to cook meals. The vault on the lower level was interesting to view. The bar prepared excellent espresso martinis.
I found the room was not very clean. I noticed some stains on the floor. the towels felt a bit old.

The hotel restaurant offered friendly staff and good food. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were available. There was a variety of options to suit many tastes at each meal time.
