Decent stay with a few issues

I appreciated the prompt attention from the staff. Esteban. The hotel's location is unbeatable (it made getting around so easy).
The view from our room was not quite as promised. We were told it would be a water view. the view mainly overlooked an adjacent building. The room lacked bathrobes and also a shoeborn.

Lovely Stay!
great location easy access helpful staff quick access
I attended multiple weddings here. The location is great with quick access to everything. It's mere minutes from both Faneuil Hall and The North End. The staff was helpful. I really appreciated the short walk to the Boston South Station that offered quick access to the airport using the Silverline.
The breakfast buffet service required signing a 50 USD per person bill. It seemed strange as it was already included in the room rate.

The gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area features twenty loungers plus a shaded section. Guests can really relax and recharge, I loved it.

The hotel offers an optimal location, great for city trips. I found it convenient, as it is near harbor walks and the Greenway. South Station is just a short walk away, such an advantage.

I experienced very nice hospitality thanks to the team. The concierge provided spot on directions. The restaurants and bartenders were fantastic. I enjoyed attentive and friendly service at the restaurant.

My room had comfortable beds and good views. Rooms are large and roomy. The soap and lotion provided in the guest rooms were wonderful. I was very satisfied with the space.

The room was large and well appointed with an excellent bathroom. The bar was lively with friendly staff and exemplary bar food. The housekeeping staff was great too.
The check-in person was pleasant. no one asked if my stay was good after I'd settled the bill.

my stay had some drawbacks. the breakfast setup felt very poor. there was constant noise from jackhammers, this was unacceptable and the hotel didn't seem to care.

I enjoyed the great location and super clean rooms. The breakfast was nice with a good choice of options. The gym had updated equipment for a full workout. I recommend including breakfast in your package.
