The hotel is close to the mrt train station, so it was convenient to get around. the staff were friendly. Luis at reception helped with my check in. it was very smooth.

I received a complimentary upgrade to a suite on the 29th floor since my initially requested club room was unavailable. The food at Cafe 2000 was high quality and fairly priced. The staff members are amazing, particularly those at the front desk and in security. Atiqah from the front desk helped us with all our needs .
I found the hotel to be not as super clean as I hoped for, and the carpets and wallpapers looked somewhat old.

The hotel is in a quiet area in downtown. This ensures guests can get a break from the busy city view. It is a short walk to the Tanjong Pagar MRT station and the park is about ten minutes away from China Town.

The staff were hospitable and highly professional throughout my stay. Amelyn provided excellent customer service and responded very promptly to my special requests. Riken, the concierge, was very helpful, and check-in was easy.

The room felt spacious. it was also comfortable, so we rested well. the buffet on level 11 was nice. It gave us a satisfying dining experience.
The room was not up to my expectations. i saw online that rooms have rubber duckies, but ours didn't. the kids' soap bottle was only half full.
