amazing stay!!
presidential suite tiffin room perfect service
I had the best time at this hotel. the presidential suite was unbelievable, so spacious and luxurious. the breakfast at tiffin room was delicious!!! the service was perfect. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Really good Experience!!!
efficient reception cute butler delicious meal
My stay ended our holiday superbly. The reception team was efficient and friendly at check-in. Steph, our Butler, explained details. We enjoyed pre-dinner drinks at the Writers Bar. The Tiffin Room served a delicious meal. Staff were charming there. We received a awesome breakfast box upon early morning departure.

The breakfast offered a good selection of items. The Tiffin Room provided a very good Indian meal. Afternoon tea had fine offerings. I enjoyed it. The food was AMAZING!!!

The quality of the rooms was very good. The bed linen and towels were literally the best I have ever used. Pillows and the bed were very comfy. Staff refreshed the milk when used up. That service was excellent.

Excellent bar and service!
perfect cocktails warm welcome great food
I stayed five nights. Stanley and Thamarai at the Courtyard Bar were amazing. They mixed cocktails well. The food had a great taste also.
The hotel did not offer a cooler bag with ice for mooncakes. Staff stated mooncakes last two hours outdoors. Snowskin mooncakes may not last that long in hot weather.

The State Room Suite King was spacious with a high ceiling. The room featured a complimentary mini bar. Chocolate bons bons were good additions to the room.

The hotel situates in a very good place. I easily walked to many shops and restaurants. Public transportation options were close too.

Every staff member provided personal service. Harpreet was cooperative in finding me a taxi. Narendra Singh and Allen offered exemplary service.

Breakfast includes many choices and tasted fantastic. I experienced Indian food at Tiffin Room. I also enjoyed gin slings in The Long Bar.
