The location of this hotel is excellent. I found shops right next to the hotel with quick access. Digital check in was easy too. I was allocated a room that was really spacious.
The shower facilities weren't great, I think. The rain shower has very low pressure. I thought the water temperature was either too hot or too cold. I did find it hard to make the kids comfortable in it.

The hotel offered various convenient food options through the lower-level malls. These proved super convenient for my family! The gym and pool were well-kept. I found the breakfast buffet plentiful. Ms Eddy transformed an ordinary stay into an extraordinary experience with requested foam pillows that gave a wholesome sleep.
During check-in, it was hard to discern who was next in line because the check-in area was very open. This caused some people to jump ahead. The experience could benefit from a clearer queue system.

the hotel's proximity to multiple mrt and bus stations was convenient. the room was very clean. the staff were friendly and helpful. i received a room upgrade (it included great views). the concierge was patient and helpful.
the check-in experience lacked a personal touch, utilizing self-check-in kiosks.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient. My room had a balcony with amazing views of the city. The hotel is connected to a mall, so it was easy to access shops and restaurants (this made things very convenient).
The gym was somewhat crowded during peak hours.
