charming stay at a central location

convenient location friendly staff free drinking water

i found kinn studios location very convenient. i appreciated the staff who was very friendly. i was also happy that the free drinking water was available in the pantry downstairs.

the room seemed a bit musty and the aircon leaked. it felt a little neglected.

central location helpful staff missing window loud ventilation

the location is excellent. it is easy to reach the city center and tourist attractions by bus. the staff were very helpful (especially when i needed directions). the room had fresh air and felt clean.

my room did not include a window. the room was small and on the top floor. i could not turn on the air conditioning because it smelled like mold. the ventilation in the room could not be regulated, it was very loud.

the location was convenient (a definite plus for exploring). the staff were very helpful and friendly, especially with directions. my room was clean upon arrival and cleaning service replenished water daily. i appreciated the proximity to public transport for easy access to different locations.

the room was smaller than expected, particularly the bathroom, where the shower design allowed water to spread easily.
