The entrance plus reception hall was beautiful. Breakfasts were excellent and it have choice of eating and drinking places. The pool were lovely and the poolside bar were ideal. My room were spacious, super clean and cozy.

The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. I appreciated the selection. The location was central to many attractions. It was also close to public transportation. The room was quiet. I could not hear any outside noise.

The carpets near the rooms looked stained. It was quite noticeable. The pool closed early, at 10 PM. I felt this was inconvenient given the weather and humidity. The hairdryer smelled like it was overheating. It also was not very effective.

old tv musty smell

i gotta say, i wasn't thrilled with a couple things. first, the tv was ancient. it wasn't a smart tv, so i couldn't even stream anything. then there was this weird, musty smell in the room. it lingered the entire stay, and i couldn't get rid of it no matter what i did.

The hotel location was good. It provided convenient access to nearby attractions. Staff members were friendly, and they were always available. The kids really loved the water slide at the pool.

My room's air conditioning unit did not function well. It struggled to cool the room. The bathrobe in my room was torn. I found it highlighting a lack of maintenance.
