Excellent Stay in Tiong Bahru
helpful staff spacious room comfortable bed
the staff were friendly and helpful the room was clean and spacious it featured a modern design and a comfortable bed. i liked that the location was near the market with many dining options i enjoyed exploring local food restaurants nearby. the bathroom did not have a shower door but that was not a big deal for me. the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.
the hotel lacks breakfast facilities and public transport requires a bit of walking. i had to request small towels and a bathrobe so this was slightly inconvenient. however i enjoyed my stay so much.

staff members were friendly and obliging to meet requests they ensured rooms were kept clean and tidy. the check-in process was fast with efficient service available arriving at any time of day. assistance was readily available.

multiple restaurants surround the hotel providing many options for meals. the location is near tiong bahru market and some good local food restaurants providing convenient dining. snacks and drinks are available.

the hotel includes a semi functional gym equipped with basic machines. wifi worked well and the room tv supported phone mirroring through chromecast. guests can find a kitchenette with biscuits and water.

worn room bathroom door
The gym was available for use.
The room was not properly maintained. It felt quite worn and the bathroom situation was not ideal because the door was semi-transparent and didn't offer full privacy! The shower head even fell off during one of my showers.

great location and friendly staff
helpful staff convenient location
the room was clean and spacious. the staff were very helpful with directions and recommendations. a bus station is located right next to the building (i found this very convenient). the mrt station is a short walk of about 10 minutes.
i found the mattress to be quite soft, and it affected my sleeping posture. this may be an issue for tourists planning a longer stay. parking had cones on the lots, and i had to remove the cone myself.

i found several restaurants and cafes nearby (some are open early). a market and hawker food hall are also in close proximity. this provides many options for meals throughout the day.

the room included necessary amenities as expected. it featured a city view from the window, which i enjoyed. the room was generally quiet despite its location on a busy street.

the hotel provides a glass bottle in the room that guests can refill with cold water from the lobby (a great initiative for the environment!). the lobby also includes a coffee machine for guest use. wi-fi worked well throughout my stay.

faulty door cold shower
I was frustrated with a few things. the bathroom door didn't close properly. I had to use a chair to block it. also. The shower never got warm. it was cold the entire time. twice.
