The rooftop pool was acceptable after a hot day. It provided some relief.
I had issues with the tv, it did not work. also the air conditioning was faulty. I reported it, and it took them a while to fix it. the staff rarely smiled. The concierges were nice, but reception seemed annoyed.

Location works well. I find Chinatown easy to access and good restaurants near. Early check-in was possible upon arrival. This was helpful after a long flight. The rooftop pool area were great. The hotel also provide a comfortable bed. The linen feel high-quality.
I see some meetings in the breakfast area. Loud meetings disrupt breakfast .

excellent stay
breakfast buffethigh standardrooftop pool
i liked the breakfast buffet. it had a bread station with pancakes and pastries. housekeeping made up our room to a high standard daily. the rooftop pool was open until 11pm and it was a great way to end the day.

the hotel benefits from its location on the edge of the cbd. it is very easy to get to points of interest in the center. hawker centres are nearby for food options and various restaurants also are easy to reach.

the rooftop pool includes a club cabana. poolside drinks and snacks are available there. the grounds were well maintained. i found the water pressure very good.

the breakfast was lovely and i really enjoyed this. there was some asian dishes such as fried rice, congee, and kaya buns. the breakfast buffet was more western-themed.
