I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. Alfred assisted me with my travel schedule during the week. it was easy to get rides to and from the hotel. i also enjoyed the short walk to chinatown for some great food (hawker centres are amazing!).
the gym equipment showed a bit of wear, which could use some updating.

the pool area includes ample seating with many loungers and shaded areas. the gym has multiple treadmills and stationary bikes for workouts. the location is convenient, about a 20-minute walk to many local attractions.

the staff was consistently friendly and approachable, readily assisting with requests and inquiries. the concierge was especially helpful in managing luggage and providing directions. i found the prompt service amazing.

The air conditioning works excellently. Two large televisions are available in the suite room. There are also two balconies and they provided a beautiful view.
The walls had crumbled near the socket.
