The location provided easy access to dining options. I found several restaurants within walking distance. The staff was helpful when I needed directions. Housekeeping kept my room tidy .

efficient process spacious room strong air conditioning
I found the check-in process very efficient. my room was spacious. it had strong air conditioning which was necessary. the fast wifi allowed me to stay connected without interruption. staff were very helpful. I especially appreciated their quick responses to my requests.
i noted the breakfast options were somewhat limited. this made it a little difficult to find variety over multiple mornings. i think the hotel can improve that.

the fitness center had three treadmills. it also had two stationary bikes. the outdoor pool area featured twenty loungers. a shaded section provided a respite from the sun.

helpful staff convenient location delicious food
I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. Alfred assisted me with my travel schedule during the week. it was easy to get rides to and from the hotel. i also enjoyed the short walk to chinatown for some great food (hawker centres are amazing!).
the gym equipment showed a bit of wear, which could use some updating.

The air conditioning works excellently. Two large televisions are available in the suite room. There are also two balconies and they provided a beautiful view.
