easy movement friendly staff poor condition only one machine
the location was superb right next to the mrt. it allowed easy movement around. staff were very friendly.
the gym has always been very small. the equipment was good, but now they are in poor condition. only one running machine works. it dissapoints me that this hotel is slowly falling apart.

helpful staff friendly staff clean space full payment no bottled water limited range
the staff were consistently helpful and friendly. they responded quickly to requests and provided clear information. their positive attitude creates a cute experience. the hotel atmosphere is warm (i found the common areas inviting) with clean spaces.
they demanded the room be paid in full upon check in. there was no bottled water available in the room, even when asked. the breakfast quality and range is limited. i would say there is much better value for money at this price range.

comprehensive gym early check-in helpful concierge
i found the gym quite comprehensive. it features three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the concierge service really impressed me!
the lift system requires transferring between two elevators to reach the rooms.

The club room was amazing. The staff was very friendly from check-in to the club lounge experience, especially Meera, Jeff, and Lesley. I will come back next time for sure. The hotel is in a very handy location. It is close to everything.

The hotel is near the MRT station. Tanjong Pagar on the East-West line provides very convenient transportation. There are many restaurants with various international cuisines just outside the main entrance if you turn left and walk straight for a short distance.

The hotel offers a happy hour from 6 PM to 8 PM. It is really a great experience. There are snacks and beverages served in the club lounge. It is an unexpected surprise. The breakfast was really delicious. There were more choices than expected.

really good service and great amenities
club floor friendly staff spacious room beautiful furniture
I am grateful for the wonderful club floor experience. it included many extras and an exclusive atmosphere. the staff was friendly, particularly kalpana and tin dao. they assisted with making my vacation pleasant, and i thank them for being helpful. The room felt stylish and spacious.
The gym was a bit small though the equipment was good. Only one running machine was working . the air conditioning was noisy making it hard to sleep.

The club lounge offered complimentary food, drinks, and services throughout the day. i saw amira during breakfast, and she provided great service. meera was also attentive and friendly in the lounge. I was pleased with the offerings.
