The club room was amazing. The staff was very friendly from check-in to the club lounge experience, especially Meera, Jeff, and Lesley. I will come back next time for sure. The hotel is in a very handy location. It is close to everything.

The hotel is near the MRT station. Tanjong Pagar on the East-West line provides very convenient transportation. There are many restaurants with various international cuisines just outside the main entrance if you turn left and walk straight for a short distance.

The hotel offers a happy hour from 6 PM to 8 PM. It is really a great experience. There are snacks and beverages served in the club lounge. It is an unexpected surprise. The breakfast was really delicious. There were more choices than expected.

I am grateful for the wonderful club floor experience. it included many extras and an exclusive atmosphere. the staff was friendly, particularly kalpana and tin dao. they assisted with making my vacation pleasant, and i thank them for being helpful. The room felt stylish and spacious.
The gym was a bit small though the equipment was good. Only one running machine was working . the air conditioning was noisy making it hard to sleep.

The club lounge offered complimentary food, drinks, and services throughout the day. i saw amira during breakfast, and she provided great service. meera was also attentive and friendly in the lounge. I was pleased with the offerings.
