The hotel is near the park and city shops. I find the in-room dining service particularly good, and the hot box kept the food warm. The location, across from the park, its very lush and beautiful, its convenient.
I notice upon arrival, an offer to change my room from a king size room happened. I was very over tired. This was difficult.

This location is wonderful because it offers easy access to the shopping centers and other attractions. The hotel is situated across from the park, a very green and beautiful space. I like that the botanical gardens are also within walking distance.

The hotel includes a rooftop pool. It offers guests a relaxing space. I saw the gym offers a good range of equipment who want to exercise. Early check-in is available, I appreciate this convenience after traveling.

I find the breakfast choices diverse and interesting. The club lounge offers a fantastic experience. In-room dining service is excellent, and food arrives warm because of the hot box. The hotel ensures a high-quality dining experience.

a decent stay, but some issues

the location was really good. it was right in the city center. hyde park was just across the street. check-in and check-out were super quick, i appreciated that.
My meal was bad, i felt bad about that. i was too tired to complain at the time. no accommodation was made on my bill for a very unpleasant meal. I still paid $80 for an inedible main course, the kitchen should know that.
