The location is great (a short walk to major attractions). the staff were very polite and helpful throughout my stay. my room was super very comfy and tidy. The bed offered a good night's sleep.

the hotel location is very good, near everything a tourist could need. the room featured a large bathroom, including a relaxing bathtub. valet parking was included, simplifying our arrival and departure. (it's always a relief when parking is seamless!)

The hotel enjoys proximity to Circular Quay. It is a short walk to the Ros Packer Theatre. The Creamy Cod at Altitude was excellent.
The gym looked outdated. Some kitchen staff spoke loudly.

The location was very convenient for exploring (easy access to public transport).
My room had a lingering odor. I reported it, but the smell persisted throughout my stay and made it hard to relax (especially at night). It really detracted from the overall experience.

the location is indeed central and convenient. the staff were attentive and made parking simple with the included valet service. my room, facing west, offered excellent sunset views and blackout curtains (a feature i always appreciate).
i found the clock in the room to have a rather annoying ticking sound.
