warm welcome very good service great suggestion concierge assistance
The doormen offered a warm welcome, and the restaurant staff provided very good service. They engaged in conversation, inquired about my plans, and shared great suggestions for spots worth seeing. I will definitely return to this hotel. The location is unbeatable! A special shoutout to the concierge team for their assistance with local bookings.
The gym was great. but the pool area seemed slightly dated. The tiles had a few cracks.

The staff greeted guests by name and were always ready to help with a smile. Communication with the reservation team was excellent. They were knowledgeable and helpful in arranging my stay. Aly checked me in early and gave me a temporary room.

The breakfast buffet offered an excellent selection of food and drinks. I found the in-house restaurant provided great food, and the staff were very attentive. Lucia, at the concierge desk, provided delicious restaurant suggestions.

the staff displayed a warm cute approach every single time i encountered them. the dreamy beds allowed sleep to come easy each night. the hotel's perfect location made exploring so simple and worry-free.
the elevator wait times were slightly longer during peak hours though never excessive.

the room displayed harbour views that included the opera house and harbour bridge. the room featured a nice table suitable to work or eat. it included complimentary water and chocolates, a special touch to the experience.

Really good service and prime LOCATION
reasonable price stylish bar
I appreciate the reasonable room service prices. A stylish bar, The Grain, is just off the hotel lobby. This hotel is amazing.
i noticed a slight delay when i requested extra towels one evening.

The room has a spacious layout. I noted that the bathroom includes two separate sinks. The room features a rainfall shower, which i found very nice and refreshing after a long day of meetings.

The gym offers three treadmills. Two stationary bikes are available . The pool area features twenty loungers, ALL are in great condition, i noticed. There is also a shaded section for relaxation, that provides a respite from the sun.

The breakfast buffet includes good choices of food. I noted Mickey Mouse pancakes delivered to young children. The kitchen staff asked if they could make their chicken dumplings specifically for us tomorrow, it was a very kind gesture.

i found the location very convenient. it was near everything i wanted to see. the staff were really accommodating. the room service was prompt.
the bathroom felt quite small to me. the shower seemed crammed next to the toilet. i could hear noise from the hallway and the room next door.
