harbour views spacious suite room upgrade
i received an upgrade to a suite, it really enhanced the experience. the harbour views were excellent from the room. the suite was spacious and well-appointed.

A Generally Positive Stay

I chose a Premium King Suite. The size of the bathroom impressed me. It came with two rain showers. The blackout blinds were automatic, a great convenience. I also appreciated the big screen televisions in the room.
I thought the hotel acted like it was cheap. We booked a room for three. The staff supplied towels only for two people. We called for more coffee cups, and no one brought them.

fantastic family getaway
swift check-in bedroom apartment helpful staff
check in was very swift and easy! i got an upgrade from a twin double room to a two bedroom apartment. this was hugely appreciated, especially as we were travelling with our two children. we enjoyed a few hours by the pool, relaxing on the cabana and the sunbeds. all the staff were very helpful and friendly.

I saw that the buffet breakfast has a huge selection. children can enjoy ice-cream, pancakes, and chocolate fondue with marshmallows for breakfast. This sounds fantastic for those with a sweet tooth and families.

The valet parking attendants were helpful. They were efficient. our first impression was quick and seamless service. the staff took great care of our bags and directed us to check-in, a great start.
