splendid stay
nespresso machine comfortable bed quality linen spacious desk
i stayed in the tower premium king room high floor. the room had a nespresso machine and TWG tea. the bed was large and comfortable with quality linen. there was a spacious desk that helped when i needed to work.
the only minor issue was some noise from the street outside, especially during early morning deliveries. it wasn't a big problem, but i am a light sleeper.

staff at the concierge desk offered assistance with luggage storage before my check-in. front desk personnel provided quick and helpful assistance when i needed it. the staff ensured a swift handling of requests.

My room featured a spacious layout and amazing cleanliness. A king bed offered amazing comfort. the design added to the overall experience. the staff was helpful. I also appreciated the high level of automation for various services.
The lighting in the room could be improved. It was a little dim for certain tasks but not too bad.

My room had a large size and good design. The gym features modern equipment. Buffet breakfast includes complimentary coffee. It was VERY tasty!!!

The location is quite convenient for using public transport and visiting shopping areas.
The staff seemed unresponsive. They didn't resolve the issue in my room. They said they would return, but they never did.

the location was acceptable for getting around downtown.
the room service was slow. it took over an hour to get a simple order. i also found the gym to be quite small. it only had a few pieces of equipment and was often crowded during peak hours

great size historic building confusing switches soft doorbell
my room was a great size, also the bathroom was totally separate. the hotel restaurant was special because it was connected to the historic post office building.
the light switches were confusing. the sound of the doorbell was too soft for me.
