fantastic stay at this hotel!
service attitude great location magnificent architecture
i'm so happy with the accommodation changes the hotel provided! the administrative department and front desk staff had a great service attitude. the hotel location was awesome and i couldn't have asked for a better spot. the architecture of the building is magnificent, it's a must see.
cocktails and food were ordered on level 29/30, the cocktails arrived BUT the food never did. we enquired after 45 minutes and they said they lost the docket. it took another 45 minutes and the food still didn't arrive and we had to leave

The staff were helpful and friendly. They tried their best to meet my requests, even with luggage storage. the team greeted me with a smile every time i arrived.

This building has new amenities, including a gym and spa. The bar is a definite added bonus. the pool on the 29th floor has great views of the water, it is spacious and well kept for doing laps.

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! The staff walked us around, describing the different food stations. The bread selection was first class. Everything was fresh and beautifully presented.
I found the lobby VERY small. It was a case of style over substance. Check-in felt robotic. The person at check-in did not explain facilities or provide helpful info.

excellent stay
clean room harbor view excellent food
the rooms was clean, and it included everything we needed. a lot of space, a beautiful harbor view, and the room seemed fully soundproof. i not heard anything from outside our room. the food was excellent, and the breakfast variety was excellent.
the pool area on level 29 is very cold because it is open. i recommend a roof protect swimmers from cold wind.

the hotel is located in a very nice area. it has excellent views of the bay. many restaurants are within a few hundred meters, and it has a considerable additional advantage.

the rooms are modern and new. the air conditioning works well. the bedrooms are dark with blackout curtains. i appreciate tvs in both the bedroom and living room. the apartment has a washing machine and dryer.

good hotel, but can be better
harbour view friendly staff quick request modern equipment
i enjoyed how close it was to darling harbour. the harbour view from my room was nice. the staff were friendly and quick with requests. the gym had modern equipment, it was well kept.
the bathroom lighting was too dim, it was hard to see well enough to do make up.

the gym includes treadmills and stationary bikes, this provided adequate options. the pools were clean, though slightly crowded during peak hours. the hotel provided several common areas, these were comfortable and well-kept.

the front desk staff were helpful. they quickly addressed my inquiries. the housekeeping service was efficient, and they kept my room tidy. room service was prompt. it delivered my orders accurately.

breakfast included a good variety. it had both hot and cold options. the quality of food at the onsite restaurant was pretty high. the restaurant offers a menu with local and international dishes.
