clean room harbourview upgrade good selection
the room had everything i needed and was very clean. i got a harbourview upgrade for $40, and it was great. the buffet breakfast cost $35 per person and offered a good selection.
getting to the hotel from the light rail stop involved going through the carpark and up a lift.

Nice stay near Darling Harbour
convenient parking friendly staff buffet breakfast in-room dining
I was impressed by the convenient parking available for larger vehicles. The staff demonstrated friendliness and helpfulness at all times. I found excellent facilities, including a buffet breakfast and in-room dining. The location allows easy walking access to Darling Harbour.

The room featured a queen-size bed and standard furnishings. I did appreciate the blackout curtains that blocked light effectively. The bathroom included basic amenities, such as towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer (which worked well).

The staff quickly addressed my requests and were polite. Check-in and check-out were efficient. I did observe that the concierge provided useful directions and information about local attractions.

The room had two separate sinks. That was very convenient. the rainfall shower was a plus. a coffee maker was available in the room. i found ample space for luggage storage.

convenient harbour access cracked bathroom tiles
the location was convenient for accessing darling harbour.
The bathroom really let down the experience. I found cracked tiles and noticeable mold (the coffee provided also tasted cheap).
