weak shower pressure disruptive noise
The location was convenient with easy access to the harbor.
My room was disappointing. It felt small and rather basic. The bathroom had some cleanliness issues, and the shower pressure was weak, frustrating after a long day.

harbour view quick response room upgrade useful arrangement
The hotel location was great as it was close to the Opera House. The private bar had excellent harbour views. I was pleased with prompt staff response to accommodate my requests. Staff upgraded the room beforehand, and I appreciated the fine view from the higher floor. The room arrangement was very useful.
The tea and coffee making shelf was in a dark recess. It was difficult to see what I was doing at night.

The location proved advantageous due to its proximity to major attractions. the rooftop bar provided really good city views. The drinks list was extensive.
the room's lighting was poor. the check-in process was standard, and i did not receive an upgrade, despite my platinum status.

great location private bar missing touch long wait
The location was great, near the Opera House and the Rocks area. The private bar overlooking the harbor was excellent.
During my visit, the service lacked a special touch. My anniversary was not really acknowledged. I waited a long time for service at all the hotel's food service areas. It was a disappointing experience.

prime location luxurious toiletries excellent gym
the hotel had a prime location near circular quay, i found the location convenient. luxurious toiletries were stocked generously in the bathrooms. the gym provided excellent equipment, i used three treadmills.
i noticed the carpeting collected dust gradually.

smart lighting awesome bench great location
The room was clean. It featured smart lighting. The bench in front of the large window was perfect to relax and view the harbor. The staff were helpful and accommodating. I liked the location near the Opera House and Circular Quay.
The blinds did not close completely.

The staff provided attentive service during breakfast at the rooftop club lounge. I found Alice to be especially helpful and skilled. Her customer service was excellent. The hotel also gave lounge access while I waited to check in..

The hotel location is central and ideal for exploring. The Opera House and Circular Quay are just a short walk away, around five minutes. I could easily walk to the Royal Botanic Garden from the hotel. It was very enjoyable!
