non-working air-con non-working washing machine
the in-room facilities were immaculate and exceeded my expectations.. the 24hr gym on level 4 is handy.
the air-con wasn't working, the washing machine wasn't working either. initially, staff gave us a room facing the back alley until we asked for a change. i suggest guests check appliances before unpacking.

Really good Stay, Central Location and Spacious Apartments

The studio room was spacious and clean. I found great room amenities including a full-size fridge, kitchen, and laundry facilities. The king size bed was comfortable and offered multiple large pillows. Large windows allowed much natural light. The room featured many power points, wireless charging, and a good-size TV.
I found the water from the shower almost flowed out the door. Water laid over the floor. It could benefit from some updating.

mixed feelings about this stay
cheap furniture tiny bathroom
the staff at the front desk were fine! they managed to check me in without any major issues.
The room was a letdown, especially for the price i paid. the furniture felt cheap and dated, like something you'd find at ikea. And the bathroom was tiny, i mean really tiny, with almost no counter space. the toilet even wobbled when i sat on it. it was a bit much!

great stay in the city
handy location friendly staff super clean rooms
i found the location very handy to everything i needed. it was close to many shops and bars i wanted to visit. the staff was always friendly, and the rooms were super super clean. i think cleanliness is a top priority here.
i noticed the suite dont had some normal amenities. for example, there weren't any face washers. this was strange because other stays i've had always had them. i think it is not dealbreaker, but a bit inconvenient.

the suite had a large fridge and freezer and dishwasher. a washer and dryer were available, so i washed some clothes. the beds was comfy, i sleep very well.

location was easy to find, and it was easy to get around darling harbour. you can find everything you need is within a few minutes walk. several convenience stores is within 3 minutes walk.

Fantastic Suite Experience
ample space convenient washing machine effective blackout blinds
The Three-Bedroom Grand Darling Penthouse offered ample space for everyone. The washing machine and dryer were so convenient. The blackout blinds worked very well making restful sleep easy to achieve.
The air conditioner filter was dusty, so it affected performance and needed attention

The staff secured an Amazon parcel for me until I was back from exploring. Early check-in was available. The staff members I encountered were friendly. I was able to pay for a late checkout.

The gym included treadmills and stationary bikes. Secure parking was obtained. There was a pool available for use. I am aware of the hotel facilities for a future visit.

The Three-Bedroom Grand Darling Penthouse was spacious. The kitchen space was large. The surprise of a washing machine and dryer was a bonus. The room was quiet for sleeping.
