i loved the convenient access to the port terminal trams and the city center the buffet breakfast offered many delicious options i received excellent service from the pleasant and friendly staff i especially enjoyed the early arrival lounge with its amenities and drinks
the bathroom tiling needed some cleaning with re-grouting

the concierge offered helpful assistance with luggage they arranged delivery of bags directly to my room the staff provided wine as part of the package i also received a late checkout at 12pm it made the experience smooth

We secured an upgrade to the 30th floor.. The view was notably excellent. The staff provided good service throughout our stay.
The constant pinging became a significant disturbance. The carpet seemed to need better care, and the curtains showed visible stains.

I stayed in an executive suite with access to the club lounge. It HAD opera house views. It really impressed me. The staff responded quickly to all requests. This helped greatly. The hotel's location is near to many attractions.
some of the furniture felt slightly aged.

The hotel is within walking distance of Circular Quay and the Overseas Passenger terminal OPT. The location allowed VERY easy access to many restaurants and tourist destinations. A train station is situated close to the hotel.

I loved the location near circular quay!!! the city was walkable from there. the concierge was excellent. i also liked the staff. They were very friendly and helpful.
the coffee facilities in the room were just a kettle. i expected a coffee machine for the money i paid. also, there was no mini bar, so i couldn't get a late-night snack. i had to ask for water everyday.
