convenient access delicious options friendly staff early lounge
i loved the convenient access to the port terminal trams and the city center the buffet breakfast offered many delicious options i received excellent service from the pleasant and friendly staff i especially enjoyed the early arrival lounge with its amenities and drinks
the bathroom tiling needed some cleaning with re-grouting

the hotel features a pool and a fitness center the gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes for workouts the pool area contains twenty loungers plus a shaded section for relaxation

the concierge offered helpful assistance with luggage they arranged delivery of bags directly to my room the staff provided wine as part of the package i also received a late checkout at 12pm it made the experience smooth

my room on the 25th floor provided a good view of the bridge i found a great big comfortable king bed in it i had easy access to circular quay and ferry services to manly beach it was convenient

Reasonable Stay with Some Shortcomings
amazing view good service carpet condition stained curtains
We secured an upgrade to the 30th floor.. The view was notably excellent. The staff provided good service throughout our stay.
After a lengthy journey, I arrived and found the room located opposite the elevators. The constant pinging became a significant disturbance. The carpet seemed to need better care, and the curtains showed visible stains.

club lounge opera house views quick response
I stayed in an executive suite with access to the club lounge. It HAD opera house views. It really impressed me. The staff responded quickly to all requests. This helped greatly. The hotel's location is near to many attractions.
some of the furniture felt slightly aged.

The hotel is within walking distance of Circular Quay and the Overseas Passenger terminal OPT. The location allowed VERY easy access to many restaurants and tourist destinations. A train station is situated close to the hotel.

The hotel offers a Pool and a fitness center. A business center with a printer is available . A pub and café operate on the ground floor. This is convenient. Breakfast included a wide array of options.

great location helpful staff excellent concierge kettle coffee no mini bar missing water
I loved the location near circular quay!!! the city was walkable from there. the concierge was excellent. i also liked the staff. They were very friendly and helpful.
the coffee facilities in the room were just a kettle. i expected a coffee machine for the money i paid. also, there was no mini bar, so i couldn't get a late-night snack. i had to ask for water everyday.
