i really liked that the staff upgraded my room upon check-in. it was a very pleasant surprise. i was able to store my bags easily after arriving from a cruise. the location near the quay proved convenient for exploring. i found the hotel's overall ambience lovely and the staff were friendly.

furniture showed age. i found some dust in the room. air conditioning make too much noise. i believe this hotel needs improvements.
