i really liked that the staff upgraded my room upon check-in. it was a very pleasant surprise. i was able to store my bags easily after arriving from a cruise. the location near the quay proved convenient for exploring. i found the hotel's overall ambience lovely and the staff were friendly.

the room size was generous, offering ample space for relaxation. the bathtub was deep, easily accommodating a long relaxing soak after a day of exploring. i found two separate sinks in the bathroom, which simplified our morning routine. the bed provided excellent support, ensuring a restful sleep each night.

location was excellent. short walk to the opera house and the harbor. staff was friendly and helpful. breakfast have very good options.
