The concierge were very helpful. The staff had excellent customer service skills. The hotel was beautiful and well kept. The room was very clean and the amenities were lovely.
I find the breakfast slow at times.

The room included a big king size bed. I had separate bath and shower in the bathroom. There was a coffee machine. I also saw a three seater fabric sofa.

the room included a spacious bathroom. i found two separate sinks and a rainfall shower there. the hotel also features a large pool. i saw the pool area had 20 loungers and a shaded section.
the gym equipment was slightly dated.

A special hotel stay
pool area spa buffet breakfast kind staff
I felt special during my three-night family visit. The pool area was lovely and spa was great. The gym include many equipment. Buffet breakfast options felt delicious and beautiful. Staff was attentive, and the room was equipped of robes and slippers for my little daughters. We found balloons and cookies.
The mattress did not met my needs. I did not sleep well because my hips was aching.

The Beautiful King City View included separate shower and bathtub. The room has a coffee machine that was a hit. The sofa was comfortable. There were single tub style seats for view observation.

The hotel is located on edge of things. It is situated on a quiet street. It provides easy access to major points. The area felt out of the mainstream. It was a short walk to Barangaroo.
