Underwhelming stay. Some issues noted
musty smell lack of soundproofing
The room had a strange, musty smell. It was quite off-putting. also, the noise from the street was pretty bad, even on a higher floor. I could hear traffic all night, which wasn't ideal. the walls seemed thin. I heard my neighbors talking pretty clearly. the lack of soundproofing was a significant problem, which impacted my sleep.

spacious gym close proximity double sink
The fitness center was spacious. It had good equipment. The location was near public transportation.. the train station was close. The room had both a shower and a tub plus a double sink.
The minibar was empty. I would have appreciated a bottle of water.

leaking shower door odd receipt refusal
I found a few things less than stellar. the shower door leaked all over the bathroom floor. the carpet felt a bit rough and could use a good cleaning. also, i asked for a receipt by email, but they refused for some reason. I found that odd and unhelpful.

The hotel's location proved convenient for accessing many central locations. The room had all the necessary facilities for the duration of my stay. Breakfast included diverse options and generous portions. I found it good.

Fantastic Location, Spacious Room
great location helpful concierge comfy bed
The location was great, close to Chinatown and light rail. The concierge staff were really good.. very helpful with directions. Beds were very comfy. The room size was fantastic and very clean.
The carpet had a faint smell.

The receptionist organized an extra cot right away when an extra guest stayed. The bellhop noticed us trying to figure out directions and provided assistance and a map. Room service was quick and efficient, providing quality food and drink.

a good experience
detailed information polite staff walking distance
i found the information about directions and parking very detailed. the staff was polite and helpful at all times. the room was clean and contained everything needed for my stay. i also liked that many tourist spots were within walking distance.
i requested the hotel to email me a receipt, but they refused to provide one for some reason. i was given incorrect information, and the attitude was poor. this made the check-out process frustrating.

the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options. i saw them prepare eggs according to your preference, whether you like poached or fried. it was an enjoyable start to the day.
