faulty tap
i often waited quite a while, sometimes over ten minutes, just to get up or down. one day, the shower tap was faulty, and the bathroom flooded. also, the hairdryer didn't work initially and needed replacement. this affected my overall experience negatively.

the location was accessible to shops and taxis, convenient.
the air conditioning BROKE down, and workmen were in my room for two days trying to fix it. the shower water went straight out the door because of the shower head's direction. i found this VERY frustrating.

The central location made it easy to explore. the staff were very friendly and accomodating to our needs. the restaurant menu provided great choices for all diets. the room was very clean. but! the bed was so comfy. It was difficult to leave each morning
especially during peak hours, there was a bit of a wait, we had to factor this delay into our schedule

the hotel features a well-equipped gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the pool area includes twenty loungers and a shaded section. the business center provides computers and printing services . free wifi is available throughout the hotel.
